Charge Policy:

Charges - 10% of cost of stay plus balance of first night will be charged at time of booking. 90% balance of other nights will be charged at check-in. Please note that KJ BANKS INVESTMENTS will appear on your bank statement and not Turtle Cove as they are the owners of the property.

Terms:

The 10% deposit is not refundable if the booking is cancelled. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival, the 90% cost of the first night will also be forfeited.
